Business Registration & Participation Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in participating in Amazing Race Swan Hill 2026.

The Amazing Race is designed to drive foot traffic into local businesses, encourage participants to explore Swan Hill and support local businesses.

To ensure a positive experience for participants and businesses, all participating businesses must agree to the following requirements.

Business Requirements

Participating businesses must:

✔ Trade a minimum of five (5) days per week during the Amazing Race period.

✔ Be open during standard business hours wherever possible.

✔ Provide a fun, engaging and achievable activity or challenge for participants to complete.

✔ Have staff available to facilitate the activity and validate participant completion.

✔ Be prepared and ready for participants throughout the promotion period.

✔ Provide an exclusive offer, discount or giveaway for participants.

✔ Honour their Amazing Race offer until 31 December 2026.

✔ Promote their involvement through their own social media channels where possible.

Businesses are responsible for creating their own activity.

Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee inclusion in the Amazing Race.
