When are the draws?
Draws take place every Saturday between 5:00pm - 5:30pm

Terms and Conditions
Winter Tourism Promotion – The swan hill region
1. Promoter
The promoter is Swan Hill Incorporated.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 1 May 2026 to 31 July 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over who are staying in paid accommodation in the Swan Hill region during the promotion period.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Stay at accommodation in the Swan Hill Region during the promotion period
Scan the official QR code displayed at the accommodation
Complete the online entry form
5. Entry Conditions
One (1) entry per person per stay (unless otherwise specified)
Entrants must provide accurate accommodation details
The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries
Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid
6. Prize Details
Two (2) winners will be drawn each weekend
Each winner will receive a $300 Swan Hill Gift Card
Total of 26 prizes across the promotion
7. Draw Details
Draws take place every Saturday at 5:00pm
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries
Draws will be posted on the VisitSwanHill socials.
8. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
Gift cards must be used in accordance with participating business terms
The promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided.
If a winner cannot be contacted, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.
10. Verification
The promoter may request proof of stay (e.g. booking confirmation or receipt).
11. Privacy
Information collected will only be used for administering the promotion and will not be shared, except as required by law.
12. General
Swan Hill Incorporated reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if required.
