Terms and Conditions – Christmas in Swan Hill Promotion

Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals aged 13+.

  • Members of Swan Hill Incorporated and their immediate families are not eligible to enter from purchases at their own business.

Promotion Period

  • Entries open 8:00am, 21 November 2025 and close 12:00pm, 24 December 2025.

How to Enter

  1. Make a purchase at any participating Swan Hill business during the promotion period.

  2. Scan the QR code to access the entry form.

  3. Complete the form and upload a clear image of your receipt.

Entry Requirements

  • Each receipt counts as one entry.

  • Receipts must show the date, store name, and transaction amount.

Prizes

  • Daily vouchers and Swan Hill Gift Cards will be given away (advent calendar style).

  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Winner Selection

  • Winners drawn daily and announced on Swan Hill Inc’s social media.

  • Winners will also be contacted directly.
